I still disapprove of their billing system. I want to see an invoice/bill in advance of due date.
1) I prefer to make payment myself.
2) I detest auto debiting systems.
3) Their sales/marketing department is shady.
(putting it extremely nicely)

I was very unhappy with service prior to moving. My new address it would seem I can look out balcony and see the tower (located on top of the Hotels.com building). So we are talking line of sight 1/4 mile at the best.
