| [Bill] Why so different? Last night my parents asked me to look at their comcast bill because they felt it was "high" after they moved their phone service to comcast... turned out to be $152, they had verizon previously and paid $89 a month for phone from verizon with only caller id... so paying $30-$39 ish to comcast was a reduction in cost, so the bill seemed right... (they forgot they no longer paid verizon thus the confusion)
but then I noticed they only pay $3 more then me and have way more!
My primary house I have digital starter with HSI and Phone bundled for $139 a month (contract is long over now), had this for 3yrs now... I get no premiums or anything... have 2 cable boxes (1 moto box and 1 tivo) after fees... $149.85

They are on a promo rate? If you have been off promo for a year, you should be able to call in and get a new 6-12 month promo (assuming your account is never late, etc...

| nope, I told them to try to get a promo when they switched to phone from CMST but they where told they didn't qualify due to being an existing customer, and there's no promo period on their bill..
I tried about 2 months ago to get a promo and was told no also to being an "existing customer" never been late on a bill, its been autopaid since i started... |

| I don't even think that is it, they dont even have boxes listed on their bill as charges... every box says $0.00 their bundle rate lists as $139 add in the fees and you get to the $152 price |
