Been SOP (standard operating procedure) since at least this past summer. Realy infuriating when your washing 2 months of savings just to get the savings. Insight caught on that people were allways calling in to reup/bundle so they created this fee to recoup what they think is a expence, although its cheeper to keep a customer then get a new one.

So will they re-do your current bill to that of a new customer? cause when i go to Insightbb and select basic phone and 10.0 service, i can get it for $43 plus fees/taxes. Now i pay $81. I would gladly pay the $25 fee to save $40 each month for now on.
