Thanks for posting a follow up. No biggie, you jumped right in and followed up on it... you do seem very passionate about your job... which is great! Diskace, treat her well, she's a great asset to your company! Actually even the 8 mbit over cable gives a very decent speed: downloads at 999 kbyte/sec. After 10 years of DSL, this is very new to me.

MrMouse join:2012-02-18	Hi guys, I will probably be switching to Electronic box next month. I have been with Radioactif for about 4 years now on ADSL for only 29.99$ a month unlimited, but due to the change from bell to videotron for my telephone(better deal and cheaper, my parents did that without warning me -_- tho), they will start charging me dry loop, hence me needing to change for cable. While I think Radioactif has the best prices for ADSL, Ebox is probably the best for cable (even with the new CRTC changes). I called the Ebox staff and got good customer service, but forgot to ask; about the cable modems when they are purchased from Ebox are they brand new or refurbished and also while usually most modems work with most routers, I currently have the router TEW-652BRP was just wondering if it will be fine with the Motorola SB5101N cable modem from Electronic box. any answer would be appreciated Thanks!
