I've been having issues as well. For the past couple of weeks, my speeds have been well under what they should be. I should be getting 10 down/1 up. However, here's a speedtest I just ran a few minutes ago:
This is the lowest it's been when I've tested it, but it's been varying between that to around 7 Mbps down. It's incredibly frustrating. |

I'm on 15/1.5, and there is an HD Netflix stream running in the living room right now, and who knows what else is going on (without looking at my firewall) |

nnaarnn his node's EOL feeder stops at waste station then the other nodes EOL feeder is around ball park... |

| Very inconsistent. Terrible lag and latency problems with gaming, and just general web browsing.

| -sigh- I think the fokes over at suddenlink have given up on me. I've been having this same problem everynight for the past year.
Last month, one of the techs stood me up for our appointment. He called me at 7pm to tell me that he was running 1 hour behind, I waited til 11pm and he never showed.
the tech that actually showed up, basically told me that there was nothing he could do...
they are sending another tech over tomorrow night between 6pm and 8pm..
