DSLAMs sporatically rebooting

Hello,
We've purchased a dozen Versatek DSLAMs for use in a couple residence buildings.
They connect to a switch and the switch is connect to a Astaro gateway.
For whatever reason they are sporadically rebooting (multiple times a day).
The older DSLAM's that used to be connected to the same switch/gateway never experienced this issue.
We've tried a TON of troubleshooting, including different firmware, cables, settings, APC, etc.
The vendor says we are unique in our experiences.
Does anyone have any advice, or similar experiences?

Whether your experiences are unique or not, it sounds like the DSLAMs are trash, or close to it—the vendor should be able to tell you why their hardware is spontaneously rebooting.

I'd start from the ground, and work my way up. Literally. Have you verified grounding, and power supply quality? could be something as simple as a blackout/brownout/surge condition causing the reboots.

Second cablegeek01's comments.

Also, pretty sure the devices themselves should keep some sort of logs, crashfiles, etc.
If not, the worst case scenario is having someone with a laptop, a thermos of coffee, a deck
of cards, and a good book and sit on em till they reboot again.

Regards
