| The crooked ways of magic jack I have being being trying to buy int. credit . every time I tried my card # is rejected,but a 1$ is deducted from my account. I contacted customer service on line ,Iam told a bunch of crop and that my money would be returned to my account ,wich never happened.But now that I heard from someone els Iam glad I did not get it.Iam so dissopointed in m.j. I would never recomend it to anyone. Magicjacj looser. |

San Jose, CA | are you sure it is a $1 charge and not a $1 authorization? If they really charge you without your knowledge, you can dispute it with your Credit Card company. |

| I agree with you as I am sure it is nothing more than an authorization to see if the account is viable. It is done all the time and then when the account is actually charged it goes away.
Depending on the vendor and card it can be days or longer for it to go away. I had one last over a week once.
