bad "service"

Suddenlink is HORRIBLE, but they're the only choice we have if we want Internet. I've called every day this week, to complain about the Internet going out every few minutes! Their response "the techs are aware of the problem and they're working on it". They might as well just say "quit calling cuz it's not gonna do you any good"!!

And don't even bother to try to call Jerry Kent, the CEO. You will get the voice mail of JOHNNA TURNER, and she won't bother to call you back. It's no wonder their customer service stinks, when it starts at the top!!! No one cares at that company!!!!!
