I've been having problems with Insight for about a month now. They've been out here 3 times and each time it is a problem with the outside line. They "fix" it and it worls properly for about a week then blows up again.
I have 10.0 and I'm getting about 0.5-1. My digital cable is unwatchable. I'm on the south side of town.
