Got some shots the other day of a pair having a late breakfast. I thought it was a hawk but was pointed out it could be a peregrine falcon, anyone know for sure?

Cooper's Hawk

Similar to the Sharp-Shinned Hawk but from the indicators that I can see it's a Cooper's Hawk (elongated head shape with the feathers almost cresting in the back, capped instead of hooded appearance, larger body size, thicker legs, more rounded tail feathers with thicker white tips, size of prey, etc).
