I've been having terrible connectivity issues the last few days. I was hoping the issues would smooth over, since when I called a tech support rep he informed me it was a temporary problem. However it's just gotten worse.
I can't get more than 10 minutes of actual up-time anymore. The router has been taken out of the loop, and whenever I glance at the modem when this starts happening at times the cable light goes out, other times it stays lit.
