1 edit | download speed suddenly slower I have had Pro service for 2 years and no problems. A couple of months ago my old speedstream modem wouldn't connect.
Service tech gave me a new modem and still no connection. Finally a new 2WIRE router and some changes in wiring (on your end not my home) fixed it. I speed tested at dslreports.com and everything was normal (2.5 download, .4 upload.).
Now my download speeds are in the toilet (.3 at worst and 1.1 at best). If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.
