GnS ZEUS join:2012-01-05 Utica, MI	[360] Xbox Live random Disconnects on Arris Docsis 3.0 from Woww Looking for help: I keep getting kicked off xbox live at random times. I have an Arris Docsis 3.0 (30/3 WoWway service). My xbox has a wired connection. I have also opened the appropriate ports on my Modem/Router combo. On MW3 i can see that my NAT type is Open. I havent been able to identify the problem. Any help is appreciated.

My bro in law up in NJ just swtiched back to FIOS after trialing Comcast at his house. While the service seemed to work ok, there were some issues w/ the modem unit that Comcast supplied him. Not sure of the make but it is the integrated unit they supply customers who subscribe to their tel service. From day 1 he had nothing but issues on his LAN side, dropped wifi, rejected or blocked DNS from his dtop, new kindle he got for xmas not connecting properly. When he switched back to Verizion all the probs just disappeared. You may want to just invest in your own modem. Split the connection from the coax jack, hook it up, have it activated & see what happens.
