[Help Me] Wanting to connect pc wirelessly

hi, i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to how i can connect my PC wirelessley without installing any pci cards in the computer itself (they're all unavailable) i want to make sure that whatever i use will connect to my router which has a password to it

You can use USB wireless adapter for your PC. Either G or N mode USB wireless adapter can do the job.
