BellSount and Bazillion?

Anyone have any experience with Bellsouth and Bazillion? How's the response to installation time?

I placed an order on Bazillion's website on 9/14. BellSouth came out on 9/21. Covad cameout on 9/23. So it was a little over a week from start to finish.
