1. No one will come in. If everything is smooth it will be simple as connecting the coax (in your case you need a spliter to have both services)
2. 30 days from when you call and cancel rogers your modem will be deactiavted. Line still works but if you try to use the modem, it will bring you to a webpage saying does not work, call this number for service.
