 | Webstar modem, connection drops daily I have a Webstar modem and my RoadRunner connection drops out daily. Is there a better available modem that Bright House can offer? I have a Cisco e4200 router running stock 1.3 firmware in conjunction with this modem. Any help is appreciated. |

| reply to hansolo1 Okay just checked everything and you have a absolutely clean signal and modem functionality based on everything I'm looking at. No packet loss...nothing. Please remove the router and run direct to the modem for a day or two and see if the problem goes away. In the meantime I will put you on monitoring and keep an eye on it here. |
