1 edit | Blocked account Hello, I'm an old user and for a long time I didn't access my account and it's now blocked. But the email that I use now is not the one registered in the site, so I cannot activate the account - the old email doesn't exist anymore. Is there a way to reactivate it? My ISP reduced my speed without my permission, and now I'm facing all kinds of troubles to get the speed back (Brazil is a God Forsaken Land in terms of technology and law). I remember having some speed tests saved, maybe this will help, because now they say I never had the connection I want back (yes, this is Brazil, the place where a 2mb connection costs the same as 1mb, one of the mains states, São Paulo, a big Spanish telecommunication company, Telefonica). I already contacted Anatel (the agency responsible for telecommunications supervision in Brazil, but Telefonica seems stronger). It seems a lost battle for me, but I want to try anyway.
The account name was "khansc".
Thank you. |

| I removed your email address for privacy reasons. Watch for an email from the site at that email address, which will give you access to your account. The account name is slightly different than the one you mention. -- their dreams a tattered sail in the wind |

 | Sorry about publishing the email, but that was the registered email in the account, I canceled it some months ago and have been using another one. Should I send the new email to your email? And I really thought the account name was "khansc" or "Khansc", it was the name I used in every site.
Thank you! |
