 | High Latency at Night For the past few months I've been experiencing high latency in the evening hours on my 6 Meg Elite service. Before that it was fine, I had great speeds and latency. I tried to reason this slowdown due to increased traffic at night or perhaps something temporary out of my control. As stated earlier, this has been going on for months and I want to do something about it.

I have no issue with either my download or upload speeds. I usually test in the upper 4's and 5's for download which is good for me. I've seen a few other posts like this and seems like no real solution so if no one has any fixes for me then I will contact AT&T directly and complain. I called once before to tier 2 to get my internet switched to fastpath as well as do multiple diagnostic tests on my line. |
