Re: We'd love to help sorry - i tried that, and called in to RCN three times but nobody was able to figure it out. I was not able to VPN into work reliably (it worked about 3 in 5 tries) so i had to switch to comcast over the weekend. |

If you can't do VPN, it's 90% the router blocking the connection.
