 | [DSL] problem with cust. support personnel Called dsl extreme customer support to change exp. date on credit card. I was talking to someone who did not understand ENGLISH -- had to talk very loud to them. After several attempts they finally got it right. I am very disappointed with they way cust support handled my call. ( on line almost 20 minutes before they even answered). After that I asked to continue with my dsl internet service for another year (pay by the year). I was informed -- again talking in a loud voice that they will take care of it -- never did. What are my options in continuing dsl internet by paying for the year again. Unable to understand these outsourced personnel -- non-American people -- I was able to talk with someone last year who took care of my situation in continuing my dsl internet and paying by the year. -- This person was American not out-sourced mickey-moused person. Need help -- my dsl internet expires in March or April 2012. Thank you boonies |

 | Thank you for your super-fast reply. Received call from DSLX Cristian M. Dsl Extreme Billing Supervisor and I will contact DSLX when to renew my internet for 2012-2013. I want to thank-you Sashwa and dslx-Nick for helping me out with this matter. My credit card has been re-updated with new exp. date and all was taken care with professionalism from DSLX on this forum. |
