I would like to ask a favor. My wife's birthday is the end of the month and I would like to give her a picture that I found of her parents. Her mom has died and I know she would love a usable copy of this old picture. Could anyone please clean this up and remove the writing from the scanned copy? I appreciate anything you can do.
