Connections Issues in Riesel TX

Started Sunday 01/08/2012...Called Tech Support
"We Know about the Problems But Cannot give you answer when this problem will be Fixed"

Monday,Tuesday late evening...Same BS!

Your support is really giving AT&T a run for 1st place in the worst Customer service there is!

I am paying for high speed and getting dial up service or less.
At least spit and give me a clue, KEEP THE CUSTOMER INFORMED!!!!!! and I will Quit calling. I have been paying over 100.00 for internet and phone (i don't use the phone, just for the bundle) a month for years!
Fixing to drop it all and go with another ISP. Unlike other customer of yours, I don't need you!

Well I unplugged my 4200 Router for about 10 min. and plugged back in and now its working? hmmm

Well Just a Update, the new Modem, did not fix, So it is like I said before, OVERSOLD Bandwidth.

How can your Company be allowed to Keep selling Internet service, When you can not possibly deliver.....That is Fraud any way you slice it! All the complaints on this sight, Do the Company Co's see them ?

I am gonna sell you a new car, But you can only drive it during the morning hours (because it will not run any other time) between 7am-9am, But you have to pay for full time usage, What would you do???

Oh and you forgot to tell me, I was gonna be charged 100.00 for a router, that still does not fix my problem!

You should not have been charged for it. I have had that charge manually removed from your bill.

Aaron, it seems I have to still call in everyday to report the problem, when yall know there is a problem and it will not be resolved until March sometime, to get a credit on my bill for charging me for internet, that I can not use! So me posting on this sight really does no good for credits in billing!

I guess I will call everynight when I get Home in order to get a credit .....
