Why i am getting this message on the browser but the channel are activate on my cable box? Also when will time warner cable work for Showwtime »www.showtimeanytime.com/#/home. I have a free year of Shotime and would like to watch Dexter;)

EDIT: All I found on the Time Warner site were instructions to download HBO Go from iTunes and then establish an account with the HBO Go website. I don't think it's actually necessary to login to MyServices. Just follow the link on the main page.
Max Go is a separate download and seems to work with your existing Time Warner username/password.
EDIT 2: Showtime requires yet another app. When I login it asks me to choose between AT&T U-Verse, or Verizon. So no Dexter on my iPad for now. |

The initial login is to be made with your myservices account username and password.

24 hrs is unheard of and frankly inexcusable. I can get my emissions test done and then renew my registration online faster than it takes time warner cable to enabled HBO GO on my account. Pathetic. |

Fallow the step and still getting this message. I also try to sign up with a HBO Go App from a Android and still getting this message what happening i want to get my fix and move alone.
Note: Cinemax and HBO channel and Ondemand channel are open and watcheble the problem is the website of both site.

 | Hob... I was told 48 hrs when I called back the third time (after being told several hours the first time, and 24 hrs the second time). All I know is that in this day of technology, 48 hrs seems absurd. I am almost anticipating a call tomorrow explaining that it could take "up to 72 hours" |

I wasted like more than two hours an got no were. They had no clue on why i am this message. Try repeating your customer info to every one you get transfer to then to be transfer and repeating in again and again. They had me change Road Runner password my service password change my password recover secret question and so on. I am still getting this message it been more than 48 hours and noting. |

TWC Direct to Tech forum is secure. You will see the encryption lock in your browser, showing this. Give the following with your first post:
