I haded to Wait 5 day or 120 hours after i activated the premium channel HBO or Cinemax to get HBO Go and Max Go. Dont wasted your time calling tech support they will have no clue always saying i had to wait 24 hours after the channel is active on your account.
HBO Go and Max Go works for me now.

Did you already have TWC services and then upgraded to HBO?

Yes i had Time Warner Cable since 1 year ago and activate the premium channel last week which was Wednesday morning at 1 o'clock am.

We have had Time Warner for about 7 years now and just upgraded with HBO about three days ago. HBO GO more like HBO NO-GO still. Called they said it takes 48 hours (this call was at about the 45 hour mark). Tonight I tried their lovely chat service. After 30 minutes of telling them what was going on, they said go to HBOgo.com and sign in using MyServices info. Yeah, I told you I did that, so I did it again with the same results. Copied and pasted the error message into the chat box. Then they say they will escalate this to the proper people that deal with it and would hear something within 2-3 days. Really? ! This is pathetic. This on top of the "cold weather causing their signals to boost" and our POS SA DVR box has been fritzing out. They sent a tech that made it worse, then it got better while he was here and he has no idea why except to blame the box. Of course he or any other tech in the area did not have ANY DVR boxes, not even the whole house ones they are authorized to use in these situations.

You can do it better? Go code a database for them and present them it. Untill then you have no idea why it may take 24 hrs for the nessary systems to update.

I alread have HBO and Cinimax. What would I be waiting for ? I have called TWC they have no Idea. Any suggestions?

He might not be up for the task.....but I betcha there's "this one" particcular lurker that's gots the complete design build plans laid right out in front of him. {next to the co's P&L plans for the next 25 years}

One could only imagine the mental anguish and total devastation it could cause..... if his toaster oven went on the fritz.
