Packet Generator

Hello to all,

I'm searching for a Packet generator that give me the possibility to create a Layer 2 packet and give me the possibility to put new values on EtherType field on VLAN Field and Q-In-Q Field.

I'm new in this things, can someone give me advises.

One of the best known tools for this is Scapy, but I’m not sure there is a Windows version of this…
