| Super slow speeds since 2am est Last night was playing some online games and got disconnected twice, first time internet came right back up, 2nd time it didnt come up in a timely fashion so I called it a night. Now my SB6121 modem is showing all green lights indicating its not in docsis 3.0 mode. I ran a speedtest over at speedtest.net and I am barely getting 3.5mbps down and 1.5mbps up. I am paying for 30/3. Anyone else having this issue? Has WOW cut off customer owned modems from their new upgraded speeds?

Same issue here in Sterling Heights. I am paying for 8Mbps and I am getting less than half that speed. |

Mine seemed to be fix after I rebooted the modem last night after work. Thanks anyways Dan, if it happens again, Ill keep you in mind.
