Acanac cancellation and response times

How long am I expected (not being snarky here) to wait before I get a response from either accounting or billing to a cancellation request?

Let me clarify, I've already responded to that cancellation reason question they always ask. Fergless has also tacked on a message to the ticket telling them what date I want it cancelled on.

I think I've read somewhere it was 24-48 business hours, so I'm assuming I can expect to wait for up to 6 days (assuming 8 business hours per day)?

I wish I could give you a straight answer to your question but I have no access to billing files. If you want to pm me though with email on your account I will look at the account to see if there is any updated notes on it from billing.

I just looked on your account and there is no notes from billing there. Do you have a ticket number you can give me so I can look it up and see where that stands as of right now?
