 | Acanac cancellation and response times How long am I expected (not being snarky here) to wait before I get a response from either accounting or billing to a cancellation request?
Let me clarify, I've already responded to that cancellation reason question they always ask. Fergless has also tacked on a message to the ticket telling them what date I want it cancelled on.
I think I've read somewhere it was 24-48 business hours, so I'm assuming I can expect to wait for up to 6 days (assuming 8 business hours per day)? |
