Old pc (Center monitor) now serves as a file server for the laptop.

For a standard default resolution of 1600x900 the graphics are pretty jagged. I had to increase the default font size and really tweak the font smoothing on the system in order for it to display with any sort of crispness. |

Regular price I think was $159 on that particular model.
I'm not a huge gamer too so I can live with it...
I researching the issue at first, I did note that apparently Samsung has a lot of monitors with the same issue...

FutureMonKeep your Mitts off RMoneyPremium,ExMod 2002-05 join:2000-10-05 Seaside, CA | Yeah. Been calling 'em smokeless cigs but that's not really what they are.
...and I've sort of given up on it. They just weren't strong enough (18 mcg is the strongest cartridge for that brand). I found myself more often than not wanting to light up a real cigarette WHILE I was puffing on the electronic one
Plus I wasn't getting anywhere near 300 "puffs" on some of the replacement cartridges I bought. So from a financial standpoint it would have cost me almost the same as my regular brand of smokes to keep replacing them.

FWIW, I have used others with "mostly" the same results. Some last longer, some less. Too much variability between each cartomizer, so I just go with those because I like the flavor.
At any rate, it's less dangerous than tobacco.
Nice setup, BTW. You're rockin' the Matrix there. -- "Don't open that! It's an alien planet! Is there air? You don't know!"

I wonder how it would work with the outer two monitors being computer 1 and the server being in the middle. I bet I'd have to put the lappy monitors side by side and have the server on either edge...

jig join:2001-01-05 Hacienda Heights, CA | you can link whatever monitor edges you want in almost any way you want. i had 4 monitors hooked up where i could move the mouse left or right and it would loop through the top three, and going down from any of the top three would go to the laptop screen (it would only go back up to the center one). it's very configurable. -- Catapultam habeo.
