[Services] Why am I getting this? (email related)

This started about a week ago. My email settings have not changed, but I get this whenever I send or receive mail in MS Entourage 2008 (Outlook for Mac).

I still sends and receives email, but I have to click on "OK".
Damn you root certificates!
