The thing about sound breaking up is, it may be MagicJack or it may be network. If you're behind a router, well, not all routers are created equal. Actiontec comes to mind, but that was a few years ago. When behind a router, sound breakup might be dealt with by hardcoding UDP ports to map to the computer with the MagicJack, as opposed to relying on Upnp. A few jobs ago, I was involved in resolving issues with "telephone adaptors" and the hardcoding would sometimes work.
I pull a public IP on a PC, no router. So far, so good with the MagicJack. |
