It is very simple to see. Look above at the six month rating. Not sure where you got your information from. I am NOT one of the owners. I am a forum rep only. The only thing I can tell you is if you had a problem that did not get resolved the way you expected, well I guess the company had to follow company policies and they did what they could.
As far as refunds the customers do get them back as alot of cx. on this forum will tell you. |
