I have been researching this company also for the last six months. So far I found out that.

- Call to the Toll Free: 1-866-281-3538 at 8pm on Jan 12 - Result "Fast Busy"
- Call to the Toronto number 416-849-8520 Result "Fast Busy"
- Call to the Toll Free: 1-866-281-3538 at 9am on Jan 13
- Option for Sales - Result 9th in the queue and a 14min wait to talk to someone.
- Option for TechSupport - Result 18th in the queue and a 30min wait to talk to someone.

- Tech support works in a "virtual office" - They work out of their basement using VoIP
- This explains why the voice quality is bad when calling TechSupport.
- This explains why no customer is not able to speak to a manager.

- My friend got a job offer from Acanac for Sales Rep.
- Virtual Office using VoIP
- $11.00/hr
