Maud, OK | dgnd3700 will not syncronize with ATT DSL Went thru two dgnd3700 modem/routers. Love the router and wireless functions. The ADSL modem however, is junk. I have a dry line, and both modems refuse to synchronize. My old 2Wire connects like a champ, but I don't want to use it's old 10/100 Ethernet to connect up all of my Gigabit Ethernet equipment. I've tried everything! |

Phoenix, AZ | my wdnr 3700v3 would not sinc with my modem, ended up being settings in the setup page on the router...could be your problem i am quessing |

Hello, I'm curious of what firmware you have loaded? I received my Netgear last week. Out of the box, it was loaded with V1.0.0.12_1.0.12NA, which worked fine with my ATT DSL. I logged into the web interface of the router Saturday morning and was presented a upgrade to V1.0.0.17_1.0.17NA, which I accepted. Once I did that my modem status was always "training or disconnected". Reverted to the old firmware and no problem connecting. |
