| [SW Ontario] Tiered Service Calls Since when does cogeco employ tiered service calls. I had to call in tonite due to slow speeds and was told that the earliest a technician would be able to come out was next Friday.. Does that mean I get to pay less for my internet until they come and fix and the problem  |
