MAGIC JACK CUSTOMER SERVICE I can't believe that Magic Jack outsources probably most of their customer service overseas, either that or they have 12 year old kids typing, which I doubt. I was typing for TWO HOURS. They couldn't answer direct questions, the way they typed it was clear that they're foreign and can't communicate properly to help you. after hours they tell me they'll just send me a replacement then tell me the wanted ME to pay the shipping? I've bought two Magic Jacks and had problems with both. Clearly it doesn't work 100% without issues. I asked what they would do for me if they sent me another one and it did the same things and they replied with, "contact us back and we'll see what we can do to help" I promise, I will never buy another one, I'll tell everyone not to buy one and I can't wait to just get a real phone and throw this out the window. Wow, America is in a recession and people would kill for a job so they're not losing their houses and cars and here's another example of why America is in trouble. Give some jobs to Americans that can communicate, get a customer service number for customers to call and speak with someone..in AMERICA. They should put you out of business!
