Unfortunately, Windows 7 has No real "Tweakable" User settings.

That being said, you're not doing all that shabby, either.

Change your Connection: selection in the Tweak Tester page to "routerpppoe", and re-recommend.

To become "Pingable", check the settings in your DLINK Router to "allow Anonymous Internet Requests" ('Pings')... See your Router's User Guide for specific info.

Hi, I couldnt find the router settings to make it pingable, the router is a DLINK 2680. I tried disabling the firewall within the router settings but it still wasnt pingable

Look at this. If it does not allow pings, your ISP may have blocked some settings.

Looking at your LQT, it looks like you are on the "Left Coast". Ping are excellent up to your hop. The other trace looks a tad high, but that be caused by many things.

You never say what your issues are. Low speeds, slow page loading, sites timeout, etc.?

What is your advertised rates? Who is your ISP?

Actually, gilly1980 See Profile is "Across the Pond" (in the UK)... See: »Talktalk Broadband in the UK
I think he would find much more accurate results by Troubleshooting with sites WITHIN the UK region, (vs. the High Latency of traversing across the Atlantic to sites in the US)...

Yes, I seen Talktalk, but I did not read all the stuff and missed the UK tie.

Looking at his "Left Coast" trace, it sure does not make any sense that he is only hitting a couple of routers and real low ping times if he is in the UK. Oh, well.
