[speed/latency] Slow D/L Speed

I have two dsl lines, one of my lines has had the same slow down. what are sync rates like ? im in the rich va area also

Yep, errors on T3 you ride on. Working to fix it.

D/L speeds returned to normal shortly after I pm'd you. Thank you again for your help. d/l speeds are now syncing at a lower rate, 416 right now, but I'm not concerned with that. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.

I've been having this same exact problem on and off for two weeks in Southwestern VA.

The first time it lasted about 12 hours then was back to normal.
Second time it lasted for about 3 days.
I got up today and it's slow again.

I'm getting download of 90kbps while upload is staying at 720kbps.

My speeds appear to be back to normal today.
No idea what is causing them to go in and out. Hopefully they'll stay consistent this time around.

And they've slowed down again.
I'm not sure what else to try at this point.
