 | Sorry to hear, you literately provided no useful information for anyone to help you with. Maybe someone that you know might be able to provide you with some information on what factors can effect your speed, ie: computer, home network, service issue, |

 | Thanks help4u. called the technical support and they figure out that my modem which is Thomson DHG525 is to old to handle turbo 20 so a technician will be coming to change it.BTW i did mention the modem name and model when we upgraded to t20 and they said nothing so at the end i was paying for nothing all this time. |

It seems really odd that they would not have told you that you needed one when you looked to be on Turbo 14 before and still are now. I'd be calling Cogeco for a credit if you had a DOCSIS 1/2 modem all along. |

| I thought only the Ultimate packages are running on DOCSIS 3 as DOCSIS 1.1/2 can handle up to 38Mbits per channel. Just out of curiosity, what does Cogeco use as their DOCSIS 3 and VOIP device? I have the DHG535 with the Turbo 14 and Freedom package and am contemplating upgrading to the Ultimate 30! |

And no, Turbo 20 is DOCSIS 3. That has been asked and answered here in the forum. |
