It was the female driver in the far right that crashed her vehicle into the stopped traffic, not the male driving the other vehicle or the female passenger (that was flashing her bra) in the far right vehicle that crashed.

kudos:6 | That probably is a UK public service vid that they put out and they are so real looking...just someone saw it and uploaded it to Youtube without describing it properly. Stripping the ad info from it to post it on their own YouTube account..at least thats my guess..
Here is another example of one of their public service message video...this one aimed at young people to warn them of the dangers of texting while driving.
