reply to gdm I am on my 2nd Cisco ISB7500, (black DVR), for the re-boot intermittent problem and the tech disconnected the HDMI cable and used the component cables. In my case this change seemed to correct the re-boot bug. STBs are all LAN connected to the RG. I also had slow internet service, (1.24M down), & a re-boot of the RG seemed to fix that problem.
Does anyone know when the black DVR box problem will be fixed & thanks?
