| SOPA COULD be the greatest legislation ever With a few minor little changes... Things like the CEO and President of any company found to either maliciously or in error cause the disruption of any website or service be jailed for a minimum 10 years for the first offense AND that the companies be civilly held to 1000 times the amount of damage suffered by anyone WITH of course the "victim" allowed to make up what their damage was and the value of it, just as the recording industry does today. These two little changes would make it a GREAT bill  |
