ICE basically steals the domain of the site which offends one of the parent corporations of the US government forcing DNS redirects to their little page claiming they had a justifiable right to steal domains.

Problem is the DOJ and ICE being government agencies are technologically inept and will always hit other domains at the same time. so if yours is totally legal you could still get taken offline.
