[HN7000S] Tx code 10 On the heels of th DNS errors is a tx 10 an hour long and still going strong. Normally when I get these I wait them out, can I again hope it's all on Hughes' end after the DNS issues? Also I did try alternate dns servers for the previous issue and for whatever reason it didn't help. 113w 1150 67.142.148.152

txCode10 The transmitter is unable to communicate with the Network Operations Center All platforms This state indicates that the unit is not able to transmit user data because of a large number of packets unable to be received by the NOC. This could be a result of weather conditions causing lost packets or NOC equipment failure...... If you read other forums, you will see that DNS problems are accelerating nationwide. I have had DNS acceleration[n] problems now for 10 days. They are working on this issue,no timetable for fix.

Agreed. And after talking with hughes they acknowledge they have a technical problem on their end. So far they refunded me two days on my account. Everyone should call for a refund of lost service. I intend to again if this continues.

My approach would be to first determine if I have logged excessive transmit errors. If yes, it could be a problem at my end. If no, I'd initiate a force range. If that proves ineffective, I'd power cycle the modem. If that proves ineffective, suspect a NOC issue. If/when none of that works, c'mon back
