High on my list would be Joe Biden. He's the reason I went third party last election.
The federal gov blocked the AT&T / T-mobile merger, that's the kind of thing needed for improved competition which will lead to higher broadband speeds. They can't regulate their way to requiring faster speeds, that's really up to municipal governments.
