[Speed Problem] Slow in Shreveport, LA

DSL went out completely last night for a couple hours. After came back it's been extremely slow. I'm on the 6 mbps tier and all day I've been getting about 300-600 kbps down, and around 400 up. Is anyone else in the Shreveport area having these problems?

I am having issues after installing at my new place, near Centenary. I thought it was just something to do with the storm yesterday.
