Recently it seems Showtime was having a free preview Jan 6 to 8th, and now my schedule for the channel seems completely broken.
All shows seem to be marked as "new" so using the record when new option is no longer possible. Also, the guide seems to mess up recording shows because of a phantom "Showtime Programming/Previews" show which isn't actually displayed.
I have a Motorola DCX3400 in Chicago.
Is this a Showtime or RCN issue? Is there anything I can do to fix the guide? |

Gainesville, VA | We have not been able to replicate this issue on site. My suggestion would be to power cycle, unplugging your DVR for 30 seconds. If that does not resolve the issue, give our tech support a call and they can set up a tech visit. ep |
