I am getting this top speed is 35 Mbits as well as i'm on docsis 3 modem too.

Well 28mbps down, I wouldn't really expect much of a bump there, you may see a bit of an increase upload wise since the speed is rather low on that side. Also remember with that 28mbps there is an overhead which is probably reason, your seeing around 30mbps down. As for me I don't expect any changes at least for me this year since I am already on Ultimate tier. I care to see how things will be next year when any kind of increase happens. Since there is a good chance most D3 area's will have some sort of upstream channel bonding. So it will be nice to see if there will be any upload speed increases happening. |

hampton roads is late on the increase in premiere speed
on my page speeds are as follows
3Mb, 15Mb, 25Mb,50Mb
on the op's page is the same but instead of 25 its 28 ???? am i missing something ??? |

Poisoned by powerboost. Well his 30mbps is true speed, he was downloading a 200mb file. Powerboost is long gone before you hit 200mb's of downloading. |

then I goes back to 3.5 MB per second |

I found out upload speed is increasing to 4Mbps on preferred and premier. It's about damn time this happened |

| I was told early to mid February. Please take what I say with a grain of salt I believe this is only speculation. All i heard was premier and preferred. |

| yeah that makes no sense i remember a conversation i had awhile back referring internet speed upgrades in las vegas
and was told that only the bottom three tiers were going to change
meaning that premier and ultimate would not change
after that conversation i asked dose this have to do with higher upload speeds and download speeds being implemented this year?
he laughed and said its funny you say that since i just came from a meeting where that topic was discussed and he said that there will be new tiers and higher upload and download speeds on the way this year
now this is from a local reps mouth is it true hard to say but there is always hope |
