| DFW Remote DVR Manager, Caller ID on TV, Lookback, mobile? Any updates on when these will be coming to the Dallas/Ft Worth area? Checked the remote DVR again and it says "Error code 704b: DVR Manager is not available in your division at this time."
The only way you can get some of them is on the DCX3400m's with whole house DVR, but that's been such an unmitigated failure in this market, that they discourage you from ordering it. |

actually the DCX3400Ms have been stable for awhile now since they rolled out Navigator ODN version 5.0 Not according to the ladies that work at the TWC customer facing counter at Royal & Belt Line as recently as last week. |

I wouldnt trust what the counter facing people said sometimes they get outdated information and probrably havent been updated or they might think some of the features that iGuide has are missing in the whole house DVR system. I havent heard any really bad things about Navigator ODN 5.0+ as TWC divisions are transitioning to it and people are saying that it is an improvement. Also someone else said that there was an update to the whole house DVR system late last year that cleared a lot of the issues in North Texas. |

| I live in Dfw and have the whole house dvr. No issues since the upgrade to ODN 5.0. The mobile version of remote dvr manager does not work but the regular website is functional (even from smartphones). |

Does it allow each TV to function as a DVR? Pause, record now, etc? Can the master record 6 simultaneous streams? not just yet the DCX3600M which TWC has ordered from motorola will feature 6 QAM tuners and a 8 tuner DOCSIS 3.0 modem and be able to transcode MPEG2 QAM stream to MPEG4 video and work with mobile devices. Also can be used for Multiroom DVR. I am going to assume that TWC is going to put Navigator 5.0+ plus on the DCX3600M when it launches and use DCX3200Mp3s for the client boxes in multiroom setup. But currently I think you can pay for two DCX3400Ms and have a 4 tuner setup with Navigator and have client boxes run off of the 2 DVRs Signature home subscribers get 2 DCX3400Ms and if they want anything after that it is a DCX3200Mp2 or DCX3400 if they want a non whole house DVR for personal reasons. Also right now the clients DCX3200Mp2s I believe can not delete recordings from the master DCX3400Ms.
