Poor service and punishing their clients Since we got FIOS a few months ago our service has been disconnected twice -- as a punishment. Verizon does not send you the monthly bill, but simply punish you disconnecting the service so that, through this elaborate behavioral modification therapy, you remember to pay the bill even if they do not send it to you.
Once the system is disconnected, it may take an hour on the phone to solve the problem. They forward your call from one department to another, and every time you need to give them all the basic information all over again. Their systems suck!
